I am as ,a part of my University credit course, doing a project in developing Media Player. Our project duration is about maximum 3 months from this date. Including me there are 3 m3mbers in our project group. We are at the very beginning of the project.
We have simply typed the code from book to Jcreater and compiled and run it. We have made a window, whereby a "play" button simply plays a sound clip located in the root folder containing the.java file.
Now we are going to prepare an image displaying how our proposed media player appears. That work will be done this coming Monday. At this time we are trying to embed the Java Media Framework (JMF) header-class files package, that will make our player able to play all format(extensions)of audio-video files. After this first phase completion, we are going to give a progress presentation on April 27, 2009. Let's hope everything goes smooth.
